Reading this reminded me of a meeting I was in last year. I was working for residential life at Ferris State University and my staff had to go in for a meeting with the director of Residential Life because of some comments that were written on our employee satisfaction surveys.

Upon seeing a few well used, well laid out blogs, I have decided that I’m going to try this out. I have been all about other social media tools out there: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and once upon a time, even MySpace. So why not give this a shot?
